WHAT OUR TEAM IS DOING

We have added medical-grade air purifiers to each treatment room and common areas. In addition, all operatories are now equipped with a Negative Air Pressure System which draws the air out of the room to the outside several times per hour. That means the air you breathe can’t travel to other rooms, or remain from one appointment to the next.
We are also using intraoral suction units during treatments to reduce the number of virus particles that could become airborne. These new protocols have been added in addition to our previous practices, which include frequent and thorough hand washing and routinely sterilizing treatment rooms and common areas.

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

Our office will communicate with you before your appointment to ask some COVID-related screening questions, and you will be asked these questions again after you enter our office.

When you arrive for your appointment, please call or text our front desk at 203-601-7992. We will contact you and let you know when to enter.

To minimize the number of people in the office, we are asking any friends or family members who do not have an appointment to either stay home or wait in the car, with the exception of parents accompanying minors. Please put on a mask before you come in.

ENTERING OUR OFFICE

As you enter, please use the provided hand sanitizer.

You may notice that our office no longer offers magazines, children’s toys, and so forth since those items are difficult to disinfect and keep clean.

Our staff will be wearing advanced personal protective equipment, so they may look a little different as well. Patients will be walked straight back to their treatment rooms after they check-in. We will do our best to allow greater time between patients to reduce waiting times, as well as to reduce the number of patients in the reception area at any given time.
